Perumahan asnaf merupakan satu inisiatif berterusan Kerajaan Negeri Johor melalui Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor (MAINJ) menangani masalah tempat tinggal bagi golongan asnaf di negeri Johor. Sama sama kita membantu dan memastikan kebajikan asnaf disekeliling kita terbela. Untuk tahun ini, 3 jenis bantuan rumah buat asnaf diteruskan antaranya ;
1. BANTUAN PEMBINAAN RUMAH BARU
• RM42,000 – 3 bilik (20 X 30 k.p)
• RM38,000 – 2 bilik (20 X 28 k.p)
• RM30,000 – 1 bilik
• RM38,000 – 2 bilik (20 X 28 k.p)
• RM30,000 – 1 bilik
2. BANTUAN BAIK PULIH RUMAH
• Membantu meringankan beban mereka yang ditimpa musibah terhadap rumah/kediaman. Bantuan maksimum sehingga RM20,000
3. BANTUAN RUMAH TRANSIT (BANTUAN MENDUDUKI SEMENTARA)
• Memberi peluang kepada fakir dan miskin mendiami rumah transit ini secara sementara dan percuma sehingga mereka mampu berdikari dan terkeluar dari kemiskinan
SYARAT-SYARAT PERMOHONAN
A. Memenuhi syarat UMUM
1. Islam
2. Warganegara Malaysia
3. Penduduk tetap dengan syarat pasangan adalah warganegara Malaysia
4. Bermastautin di negeri Johor untuk tempoh 3 tahun berturut-turut dan ke atas
5. Pendapatan keluarga tidak mencukupi Had Al-Kifayah
1. Islam
2. Warganegara Malaysia
3. Penduduk tetap dengan syarat pasangan adalah warganegara Malaysia
4. Bermastautin di negeri Johor untuk tempoh 3 tahun berturut-turut dan ke atas

B. Syarat tambahan bagi BANTUAN PEMBINAAN RUMAH BARU
1. Keadaan rumah pemohon telah terlalu uzur dan tidak boleh diperbaiki/ kos baik pulih melebihi kos pembinaan baru
2. Pemohon mestilah mempunyai tanah bergeran atau tanah kepunyaan waris setelah mendapat kebenaran bertulis daripadanya
3. Laporan bertulis daripada Pembantu Teknik dan Juruteknik MAINJ mengenai keadaan tanah/struktur dan status tanah
2. Pemohon mestilah mempunyai tanah bergeran atau tanah kepunyaan waris setelah mendapat kebenaran bertulis daripadanya

C. Syarat tambahan bagi BANTUAN BAIK PULIH RUMAH
1. Kerosakan rumah pemohon disebabkan oleh bencana alam dan keuzuran rumah
2. Pemohon mestilah mempunyai tanah bergeran atau tanah kepunyaan waris setelah mendapat kebenarannya.
3. Pemohon memiliki lessen menduduki sementara (TOL) Pejabat Tanah

Housing for the underprivileged is a continuous effort by the State Government through Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor (MAINJ). For this year, three initiatives undertaken are:
1)NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AID
• RM42,000 – 3 rooms (20 X 30 per sq ft)
• RM38,000 – 2 rooms (20 X 28 per sq ft)

A maximum aid of RM20,000 for homes of victims affected by disasters.
3)TRANSIT HOUSING AID
Gives an opportunity to the hardcore poor to temporarily live in a transit house for free until they are able to sustain themselves.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

4.Have lived in Johor for 3 consecutive years or more.

B.Addirional terms for NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AID
1.Condition of applicant’s home is beyond repair / cost of repairing applicant’s home exceeds cost of constructing a new one.
2.Applicants must own land with grant or inherited land after getting written consent.
3.A written report from MAINJ Technical Assistant and Technician on condition, status and structure of land.
